Student Fees

STUDENT FEES:

 

Activity And Cultural fee:  $30.00 - This fee covers a portion of the school cultural assemblies held each year and any other events or costs that benefit the student body as a whole.
 
Yearbook (optional):  $40.00 and must by paid by December 2, 2022.  Yearbooks are distributed in June.
 
Graduation Fees:  Grad fees include: grad retreat day; grad ceremony; grad gown & grad cap (to take home);  large grad formal photo; keepsake grad certificate in vinyl cover; and various grad activities held throughout the year.  Grad fee: $125.00 and must be paid by May 5, 2023.  (Note: this fee does not include the cost of the prom tickets).
 
Prom:   All outstanding fees must be paid prior to purchasing banquet tickets.  Price and more information to follow.
 
Sports:  Team fees will be assessed each year and may vary depending on the tournament costs. 
 
Reminder: students are responsible for any textbooks and library books that they sign out.  If these books are not returned, they will be charged for the replacement cost of these books.
 
All fees can be paid on-line using Visa/Mastercard and/or debit.This is a safe/secure method of paying fees. Go to: https://centralokanagan.schoolcashonline.com to register. (We have a link on our homepage also). Once you have registered , you will be able to pay for all of your children and will receive e-mail notification every time there are any additions and/or changes.

The Central Okanagan School District’s Financial Hardship Clause
Within School District Policy 425 – Student Feesl the Board of Education has indicated “that a student will not be excluded from any educational program due to financial hardship”.  This clause in the policy provides for the private and confidential consideration of financial circumstances of individual students and families, while preserving the dignity of families who may be unable to pay.
