What is the PAC

Our PAC is the voice of the George Elliot parent community. Together with school staff, the PAC is dedicated to providing positive communication between home and school, encouraging parents to become valuable contributors to educational decisions, and allowing parents to make funding decisions to help benefit students.

Why should I attend a PAC meeting

• To hear the Principal’s report
• To have input into school planning and decisions
• To learn about community resources and gain information on topics that support students
• To meet other parents and the school staff
• To feel better connected to your child’s school 
• To help enhance your child’s educational experience

Your involvement in PAC can make a huge difference to our students and school success!

Who is in the PAC

If you are a George Elliot parent or guardian, you are already a member of PAC. You are welcome to attend PAC meetings, and you are entitled to vote. The PAC elects an executive board from the membership which consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. 

How to get involved 

• Attend a PAC meeting: The PAC meets at 6:30pm for approximately 1 hour in person. Meeting details can be found in the Coyote Connections and on this webpage
